Paperboard & Folding Cartons
Our presses are capable of running up to 24-point boardstock and seven color stations, including UV topcoat for your folding cartons and paperboard needs. Most of our work is on virgin SBS stock, but we also produce on kraft-back and clay-coated newsback stocks.
We produce a variety of styles including straight line and fifth-panel designs with and without hanger holes. Carton closure styles include sealed-end, reverse-tuck, and auto-bottom constructions. We can produce blanks up to 23″x17″.
Templates For Folding Cartons
All paperboard products are die cut in-line using rotary tools. This eliminates variations associated with the more common flat-bed processes. As a result, can run better, and set-ups are quicker.
